Quick Step Guide to Change the Time
For most standard four-button digital sport watches, navigate the settings using this standard combination:
- Enter Settings Mode: Press the Mode button (usually bottom-left) three times until the seconds display flashes.
- Reset Seconds: Press the Start/Stop button (top-right) to reset the seconds to zero.
- Select Element: Press the Reset button (bottom-right) to switch between setting minutes, hours, date, and day. The flashing digits show which section is selected.
- Advance Values: Press the Start/Stop button to change numbers. Continue holding the button down to cycle through values quickly.
- Exit Setup: Press the Mode button once to save the time configuration and return to normal operation.
